Little Hammer Labs, LLC ("we," "us") provides custom AI agent development, automation consulting, and related services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate statement of work or agreement between you and Little Hammer Labs.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the code, agents, and deliverables we build for you. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary patterns gained during our work. We will never share your proprietary data, business logic, or trade secrets.
We treat all client data, business processes, and operational details as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
AI agents operate within the parameters you define and approve. We build in human review checkpoints and monitoring, but we cannot guarantee that an AI system will perform perfectly in every scenario. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
